Eighth Grade Social Studies:
This week we will continue our study of the Holocaust by learning about Nazi propaganda, the nature of being a bystander, and the Universe of Obligation.
Seventh Grade Social Studies:
This week we will be delving in to the first political parties in our nations’s history by looking at Alexander Hamilton’s financial plan and the foundation differences between Federalists and Anti-Federalists.
We are underway with preparing for conference at Mesa Community College. Please make sure your permission slips are turned in by tomorrow (1/22)! We are still in need of some parents to help us transport students to conference on Friday. Please let me know if you are available.
If you are traveling to New York with us in March, please make sure that your first payment has been paid to the front office.
Very Well Minded:
We will continue our work on study skills and will also be looking at some strategies to lessen test anxiety.
